I highly recommend Northgate RV based on our recent experience in purchasing an RV. The entire experience from the initial sale, the finance and final walk-through, and most importantly, the follow-up on a couple of small issues that were easily handled with patience and pleasure by the friendly, knowledgeable staff, far surpassed previous customer service all other RV dealerships in my area. I normally never leave any feedback for any company; that was until we found Northgate RV. From the beginning, Jeremy and his staff truly took care of us. We shopped all the other RV centers and the Northgate experience was like no other. We have purchased two fifth wheel trailers from them thus far and our next one will be from them as well. From time to time any unit will need service; Dennis and his staff have repaired my unit better that what any manufacture could do. If you are looking for a camper of any kind to make memories with your family you need to trust the family of Northgate RV. - The

We came all the way from Germany to make business with you - and it was our best decision to choose Northgate RV, Ringgold!! We found your location via Internet as we decided to buy a new 5th wheeler (Heartland, Big Horn 3410). It was no problem, clarifying all questions in advance via email. Even paying a little advance on credit card to hold the unit was no problem. With this great accurate preparation we only have had to book our flights and come to see and finally buy our new unit! You and your staff did your best considering everything worked out very good. It needs a lot of trust in a dealer if you make bilateral business: WITH NORTHGATE RV, RINGGOLD absolutely no problem!!! Just wanted to say thanks to NorthGate RV for selling us the Montana we have now. I will recommend you to anyone that wishes to purchase a camper or just look. Doug, Don and your staff have been most helpful to us during and after the purchase. I have called with questions and you-all have given me an answer or called back with an answer. On the drive up I questioned the wisdom of driving 250 miles to get something that I could buy locally. But... when we got there we found the unit exactly as described, perfectly clean, and without blemishes. Then PJ gave us a great in depth walk-through. He went over not just where things are and what they do but what not to do and how to avoid damaging our new RV. While PJ walked us through his assistant set up my hitch. We had a safe, uneventful drive back to Fort Mill. Thanks for a great buying experience and a great deal. Well worth the drive. - J.
We bought our 2015 Sunset Trail 290QB in August 2014. We have used it 3 times so far, with the 4th trip planned. The camper is AWESOME. The quality of Crossroads is what sold me on the brand. The price is what sold me on Northgate RV. I can't say enough about the way we were treated by everyone at Northgate RV. My deal was done completely over the phone. We drove from Greenville SC , approx. 250 miles to pick it up. Before the demo on how everything works was complete, the service guys had installed my trailer brake, hitch and even hooked it up to my truck. If I am ever in the market for another RV, Northgate RV has earned my business. - H.
Just want to say THANK YOU for a wonderful experience in buying our 5th wheel. This is our third 5th wheel and by far the best and most pleasant people we have had to worked with. You tested out our rig for 3 days prior to us getting there from Virginia. We now have our rig in FL. where it will stay, and I'm glad to say we have had NO issues or problems with our 2015 Montana High Country. We love it. I did a lot of shopping on line and feel your prices were very fair. My salesman was great, the walkthrough crew was great, the finance gal was great with no pressure tactics as we have experienced before, and manager was very helpful also. I will highly recommend Northgate to anyone looking for an RV. - Dave

We started out talking to Nat at Northgate RV. He is the best salesman I have talked with. I have spoken to several different rv salesman, he was fantastic. I told him what we wanted in a new rv. We had a deal sheet done within ten minutes after picking an rv and he even sent a copy to my credit union. I have never done that before. Everything just seemed effortless. When We arrived to pick up our new rv. It was ready for us when we got there as we live out of town. We were greeted as if we were family. Daniel was great at showing us the new camper and how everything worked. dos and donts. We are experienced campers, but newer campers have new features, so it was good that he goes over everything. Great Job Daniel. Vic and Perry hooked our new camper up for us to our truck. They were great. I would definitely recommend Northgate Rv to anyone. Everybody even office personnel were awesome. - T.
Today I drove 650 miles round trip to have one of the best shopping experiences ever. I went to Northgate to save $1500 over the best price I found anywhere. But the way the folks at Northgate treated us was as if we lived right down the road and were a part of their family. We bought our fourth new RV and were given our first walk through ever. Russell did a great job familiarizing us with our new RV. My wife and I are experience RVers, but it was great to be shown all the amenities our new RV had. This walk through would have saved a lot of calls and worries when we but first started, but today it gave me the confidence in that I knew I was purchasing from a dealer who cares about their customer. I exchanged no less than 20 emails with Billy Yates working out every detail of the deal. Billy responded in a timely manner at all hours. While at Northgate we saw every employee working hard to take care of every customer the same way we were be taken care of. Great Job. - G.
Absolutely perfect experience purchasing our new fifth wheel. Had to order it due to the very high demand right now, but the guys at Northgate were wonderful to work with. This is my fourth RV overall and third new unit (first time purchasing from Northgate). With every other one I have purchased, I have found issues after delivery that should have been caught during PDI. This time, I have found nothing. The pre-delivery inspection that Northgate uses is amazing and they delivered a perfect fifth wheel. - J.

We bought our first three campers in South Georgia but decided to try Northgate in Alcoa for our fourth because it was closer to home. And we couldn’t be happier. Of course they were helpful & attentive when we purchased & took possession of the unit; but 2 years later they proved to be the best in customer service when we had a recent problem. We needed a part and with one call & a few texts with pics later we had exactly what we needed delivered to our door. Thank you Judy for going the extra mile. We began our RV shopping experience on line with Emily. From day one she was very helpful and always prompt to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, the RV we wanted was not in stock so it had to be ordered. It was well worth the wait once our Grand Design Imagine 2400bh arrived. We drove to Ringgold, GA and picked it up and the minute we stepped in the door we were greated by the friendly and professional staff! Our Walk through specialist, Brady was very detailed when taking us through our walk through. Even though I have owned a camper before he educated me on some things I had never known prior. I can't say enough about our Amazing experience with Northgate RV, but I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for an RV. - B.
Needed a replacement toilet for my 2008 Montana 3500RL 5th wheel RV camper. Called Northgate RV that had me one in their store by noon the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and the time it took to get it in my hands. Great company to do business with. I can't say enough good things about this place. Several friends have purchased campers and camper parts and maintenance or repair services from them and they have all been satisfied. I highly recommend this company for all your RV needs. - D.

Emily was a pleasure to deal with. Have been browsing for several years. I love the fact that they give you a golf cart and let you browse their inventory alone without any high pressure sales tactics. Purchased a pop- up and the took several hours to go over all the features. - RJ
Great, no pressure, sales staff. Grab a golf cart and check out everything on your own. Did a lot of shopping around online beforehand and they either beat or are right with every dealer on the east coast on pricing. While they don't advertise most of their prices online, every unit has the price and a break down of that price in the RV itself. - D.
Great people that work here. This is worth a drive to buy a camper. I live 200 miles away from them but saved a ton of money on my camper and I take it in once a year for service they take about a half day to service it. We just leave there and camp nearby for the weekend. - K.
James, Matt and the other employees in the service shop were very nice. They replaced both axles on my travel trailer within a week. James went the extra mile to get Grand Design to cover labor also. I hope I don’t have to visit them again for repairs but I have no hesitation to let them service my RV if needed. - M.
We've had a small 5th wheel, went to an A-class gas, then to a diesel pusher, back to a large 5th wheel, down to a small travel trailer (empty nesters) now to a slightly bigger Travel Trailer. We've done our research on the type of unit we wanted - Northgate RV (Ringgold) kept popping up - we finally called spoke to Emily & Lindsay, what a pleasant experience!!! Straight forward approach, no haggling, no hidden fees. literally transacted the entire purchase from our living room, now we are waiting for our unit to arrive. If there is another RV in our future, it will definitely come from Northgate! - J.
Wow, we had a great experience buying our new Epro travel trailer here. The management staff and all their support staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process! We would recommend buying here hands down! A special thanks to Derrick and Mike who helped us during the walk through and hooking up our unit to our truck!! They were fantastic. Amazing! Not only do they have hundreds of available options, but they’re priced well too! David was very kind, helpful and just knew exactly what to do , he knows how to do his job well and made sure to ask questions before just settling on the first one. Also the woman at the front desk who I believe name wa last Kristen was just the sweetest! You couldn’t ask for someone any better at answering the phone or questions, and even me calling a hundred times she was as sweet as could be thanks guys! - Kristen

We were preparing our camper for our first trip of the season today, and ran into a glitch with our refrigerator. After several attempts on our own to solve the problem, we called the service department and spoke to Wes, who very patiently guided us through several steps, and got us back our refrigerator. This is not the kind of service you find everywhere but you will find great service at Northgate RV Center. That is why we are their customer, and will continue to be. Thank you Northgate RV Center! - The
