After several attempts on our own to solve the problem, we called the service department and spoke to Wes, who very patiently guided us through several steps, and got us back our refrigerator. -

Great people that work here. This is worth a drive to buy a camper. I live 200 miles away from them but saved a ton of money on my camper and I take it in once a year for service they take about a half day to service it. We just leave there and camp nearby for the weekend.
