We did came all the way from Germany to make business with you - and it was our best decision to choose Northgate RV, Ringgold!!
We did found your location via Internet as we decided to buy a new 5th wheeler (Heartland, Big Horn 3410). It was no problem, clarifying all questions in advance via email. Even paying a little advance on credit card to hold the unit was no problem. With this great accurate preparation we only have had to book our flights and come to see and finally buy our new unit!
You and your stuff did your best considering everything worked out very good.
It needs a lot of trust in a dealer if you make bilateral business: WITH NORTHGATE RV, RINGGOLD  absolutly no problem!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to NorthGate RV for selling us the Montana we have now.  I will recommend you to anyone that wishes to purchase a camper or just look.  Doug, Don and your staff have been most helpfull to us during and after the purchase.  I have called with questions and you-all have given me an answer or called back with an answer.  This is our 4th (fourth) 5th wheel and when we decide to trade we will start with NorthGate RV.

My wife and I bought our first RV from Northgate just this year., As first time \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"RVers\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" we knew basically nothing about the RV world; however the people at the Alcoa store have been and continue to be the most helpful and informative staff that we have ever dealt with in any retail business period. Further, we have found them to be the type of people who really care about us as not only a customer but people who are potentially long time friends and members of their respective family.

We could not have ask for a better relationship in our first time venture in to a world that was as I said virtually unknown. They have all been willing too answer our seemingly never ending line of questioning not to mention the fact that they have went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our RV no matter what. We firmly believe that no one could ever find a better buying experience and even more importantly a better line of service after the sale. These are not the types who pretend that they do not know you after having made the sale. Quite the contrary, they actually strive to get to know their customers to the point that they can meet their every need in every way from start to finish and beyond.

I am very happy to say that we have just begun our adventures in the RV world and we have enjoyed it so much that we have decided to make our second purchase of a larger unit and of course, we have gone back to our friends at the Alcoa store. We have already decided on and started the process of making the new purchase and as usual they have been and continue to be as helpful as always making the experience one that has been and continues to be a pleasurable one. We will always recommend them to our friends on every occasion when the opportunity arises for the simple reason that these guys and girls are real people and have in every way earned our respect for their honesty and integrity.

I just wanted to let you know about the experience my wife and I had in dealing with your location off Pellissippi Highway in Alcoa.
We had been looking for an RV for several months when my wife found an advertisement for a Laredo fifth wheel. It was located at your Ringgold location, but it was such a great price we decided it was worth the trip to take a look. We checked her out and found that it was the perfect rig for us. The fiver was transported to your Alcoa location for final inspection and closing. That was truly a fortunate thing for us since it was there that we met Jeremiah and Matt. These two young men were absolutely great to deal with. Matt was very informative and helpful in going through every detail of the trailer for our walkthrough. He showed us everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions and even gave us information we did not know enough to ask about. His knowledge of the unit was obviously thorough and he was more than happy to share it with us.
Jeremiah was very helpful as well. He helped us through the entire loan closing explaining everything step by step and sharing some of his expertise on the towing and set up of our new rig. Then he was kind enough to transport the trailer to a storage facility for us since we had not as yet obtained a tow vehicle. While there he again demonstrated how to level the unit for storage and usage and some of the finer details of hooking and unhooking the trailer from the tow vehicle. Since then we have spoken with Jeremiah a couple of times asking his advice on the purchase of our tow vehicle€¯.
We had to have a couple of items fixed on the rig, the stove and a replacement hub cap both of which were ordered and received quickly.
We just don't think we can say enough how grateful we are to have dealt with such a fine dealership and people as professional as Jeremiah and Matt. Believe me, anytime we are asked we will always recommend Northgate RV.

I normally never leave any feedback for any company; that was until we found Northgate RV. From the beginning, Jeremy and his staff truly took care of us. We shopped all the other RV centers and the Northgate experience was like no other. We have purchased two fifth wheel trailers from them thus far and our next one will be from them as well. From time to time any unit will need service; Dennis and his staff have repaired my unit better that what any manufacture could do. If you are looking for a camper of any kind to make memories with your family you need to trust the family of Northgate RV.
